PC World Readers Rate NETGEAR Best in Industry for Reliability and Service
More than 32,000 Readers Contributed to PC World’s Reliability and Service Report Card Which Rated NETGEAR Best Among the Industry’s Top Wireless Gateway Manufacturers
SANTA CLARA, Calif. — December 17, 2003 — NETGEAR, Inc., (Nasdaq: NTGR) a worldwide provider of technologically advanced, branded networking products, today announced that it has received top ratings among the industry’s top wireless gateway manufacturers in PC World’s Reliability and Service Report Card. The study, which is published in the December 2003 edition of PC World, surveyed readers on the reliability and service of manufacturers including NETGEAR, D-Link, Linksys, Microsoft, SMC, and Belkin.
NETGEAR’s wireless gateways received the highest reliability scores of the survey in categories that rated problems on arrival, ease-of-use, gateways with problems, problems per year, and satisfaction with reliability. In addition, NETGEAR received a strong rating in service for satisfactory resolution.
